2. Registration: Game entries are only made online by registering on the Zhanshen.com website at http://www.zhanshen.com. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage Sponsor's website or undermine the legitimate operation of this game may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor may also disqualify entrant from current and future games.

Only one entry per registered email address is allowed. Only one registered email address per person is allowed.

3. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected from all eligible game entrants based on the rules of the game and that player whose rank is first, as determined by Zhanshen.com. The winner will be selected on or about the end of each calendar month. Sponsor decisions are final. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify a game if Sponsors determine, in their sole discretion, that fraud or technical failures, including viruses, bots or intelligent programs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsors, have impaired the integrity of the game. The odds of winning depend on the number of players engaged in active participation.

4. Winner Notification: Winner will be notified by Email within 14 days of the winner selection. A Certification of Eligibility/Waiver of Liability that should be signed and returned prior to receipt of prize may be requested. Sponsors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner. Sponsors will tender prize to winner within 28 days of verification of compliance with all game requirements. If any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected from the pool of entries. No substitutions of prizes is permitted except as deemed necessary by Sponsors due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash and are non- transferable. All taxes and incidental expenses associated with collection of a prize are the responsibility of the winner.

5. Additional Terms: By the privilege of participating, entrants agree (a) to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules; (b) to the use of their names, likenesses and/or statements by the Sponsors for advertising and publicity purposes without separate compensation; (c) to accept additional marketing correspondence, through but not limited to email, mail, and/or phone; and (d) to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsors, their parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, prize suppliers and agents from all claims, including third party claims, liabilities, injuries or damages arising out of their participation in the contest and the acceptance and use/misuse of prizes, including, but not limited to, travel and merchandise. All laws apply.

6. Eligibility: Contests are open only to legal residents of China and Hong Kong age 18 years old and over at the time of entry. In the event a minor enters and participates in the game, that minor's legal guardians are responsible for collecting prizes. Employees of Sponsors, their affiliates, agents or prize suppliers and the immediate families and persons living in the same household of each of the above are ineligible.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties:
AS A CONDITION OF YOUR USE OF ZHANSHEN.COM AND THE SERVICES IT PROVIDES (THE "SERVICE") YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
(a) YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ZHANSHEN.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

(b) ZHANSHEN.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.

(c) ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

8. Limitation of Liability:
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ZHANSHEN.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF ZHANSHEN.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (I) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (II) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (IV) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (V) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

9. Exclusions And Limitations:
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OF SECTIONS 7 AND 8 MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. ZHANSHEN HAS THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE POLICIES GOVERNING PLAY OF THE GAME AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON WITH OR WITHOUT NOTIFYING PLAYERS OF THE CHANGES. IF DISCREPANCIES ARISE BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT LANGUAGES USED TO TRANSLATE THESE POLICIES, THE ENGLISH-LANGUAGE POLICY SHALL SUPERCEDE ALL OTHERS.

10. Advertisers:
You acknowledge that your communications, correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through Zhanshen.com, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You further acknowledge and agree that Contest.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.

11. General Information:
These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between you and Zhanshen.com, superceding any prior agreements between you and Zhanshen.com. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software. The failure of Zhanshen.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Official Rules remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Official Rules must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. The section titles in the Official Rules are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
